Registering for myGRIMME is easy. Visit the website my.grimme.com and follow the instructions to create your account.

Is myGRIMME compatible with all your GRIMME agricultural machinery?

myGRIMME supports a wide range of GRIMME machines. From model year 2011, you have access to a wide range of information, such as spare parts lists and equipment. Older machines can also be added. If you cannot find specific information for an older machine in the portal, please contact our team and we will do our best to help you.

Can you order spare parts for your agricultural machinery via myGRIMME?

Yes, myGRIMME offers you an integrated online shop for spare parts, where you can conveniently order the parts you need for your GRIMME machines.

How does myGRIMME help you with the maintenance of your agricultural machinery?

myGRIMME gives you access to operating instructions and maintenance documentation. You can also use myGRIMME to conveniently request an appointment online for a service check of your machine.

Is there a mobile version of myGRIMME for your use in the field?

Yes, all myGRIMME apps can be used clearly and intuitively on the smartphone. So you can use all the functions of myGRIMME on the go.

How secure is your data in myGRIMME?

GRIMME attaches great importance to your data security. All your data is stored on European servers in compliance with the GDPR.

Where can I find and download my operator’s manual in myGRIMME?

You can find and download your operator’s manual directly in your personal myGRIMME account.

Once you are logged in, select your machine and open the “machine file.” This is where all machine-related documents are stored, including your operator’s manual, operating instructions, and other technical documents.

Within the machine file, you can easily view your manual online or download it as a PDF for offline use. All documents are organized by machine, ensuring you always have quick access to the correct manual.

myGRIMME ensures that your manual is centrally available and always up to date, so you no longer need to search for printed documents. You will also find spare parts information, service instructions, and other relevant documents here.
